We have the resources to care for patients in need of dialysis care with a convenient, on-site center and state of the art equipment. Our scheduling is flexible to suit patients’ physical therapy plan. We are proud to have the area’s top nephrologists participate in care at the Collingswood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
The Collingswood employs outstanding physicians, registered nurses, and licensed nurse practitioners. We believe in staff longevity for continuity of care and are happy to design individual care plans for patients.
