Collingswood provides 24 hour nursing care to the elderly, patients recovering from strokes, orthopedic surgeries, patients who require dialysis, hospice care and specialized and secure dementia care along with other long term and short term illnesses.  Each resident is made to feel comfortable, welcome and part of an extended, new family.  A dedicated team of professionals with an average of 20 years of experience ensures the highest quality of care for our 160 residents.

We do not settle for “adequate care” by providing the minimum state requirements. Collingswood staffs at almost twice the state mandated nursing staffing ratio.  Unit Managers are empowered to ensure quality care is given to everyone.

Quality care doesn’t just come from the Nursing Department. Therapy is offered seven days a week which can shorten a recovery period and get your loved one home sooner. We are conveniently located directly off Exit 6B on Interstate 270.
