MEET THE TEAM

	Administrator Cynthia Martin Cyndy came to Collingswood with more than twenty-five years in Health Care Administration. She received her MSW from Case Western Reserve and her Health Care Administration degree from George Washington University.
	Weekend Administrator Joann Hogg Joann has over 30 years experience in long term care. She has been with Collingswood for more than 10 years. Joann earned a Bachelors Degree in Medicine from Columbia Union College.
	Admissions Debbie Gallagher Debbie has worked in Long Term Care for more than 10 years. She earned her B.S. from University of Maryland in Psychology. She has been at Collingswood since 2001.
	Estella Merewitz Estella has been a part of the Collingswood admissions team for more than five years. It really is a “family” atmosphere for Estella, her grandmother is a resident here!
	Director of Nursing Kathy Catucci, RN Kathy is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years experience in the health care industry. She is certified in gerontology and has spent a total of 13 years at Collingswood in various clinical and nursing management positions.
	Assistant Director of Nursing Helga Solomon, RN Helga started her nursing career in New York State and has been with Collingswood for seven years.
	Quality Assurance Joy Muir, RN Joy has eight years of long term care experience with Collingswood. She received her B.S. Degree from The University of Maryland.
	Staff Development Mercy Arrey, RN Mercy came to Collingswood 13 years ago. She has a BSN from The University of Maryland.
	Director of Social Services Judie Couf, MSW, LCSW-C Judie earned her MSW from Barry University. She has been with Collingswood for more than seven years.
	Director of Rehabilitation Services Catherine Matthews RPt Catherine has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from The Medical College of Virginia. She has been the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Collingswood for eight years.
	Business Development Trish Evans Trish came to Collingswood with a background in television and film as well as marketing. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from James Madison University and an Associate's Degree from Montgomery College.
	Activities Director Susan Zanner Susan has been with Collingswood for 23 years. She has a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Classical Piano Performance from Towson State University.
	Dietician Janie Gramling, RD Janie received her Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Seton Hill University. She has been in long term care for three years.
	Human Resources Coordinator Lisa Nicholson Lisa began her career at Collingswood 10 years ago. She has a certificate in management from Montgomery College where she is continuing her degree.
	Medical Director Shahid Shamim, MD Dr. Shamim received his Medical Degree in Pakistan. He is a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine. Currently, he is a Hospitalist in Acute Care at Washington Adventist Hospital.
